Evaluation of the implementation of Tarkwa Nsuaem Municipal Assembly’s Medium Term Development Plan for 2022 to 2025. The ongoing work examines planned priorities, financing, implementation, service delivery and lessons for subsequent planning, drawing on municipal records, interviews and site verification.

Ongoing contribution to the review and revision of Ghana’s National Green Jobs Strategy. The work brings together the earlier strategy, policy and institutional analysis, national and regional consultation evidence, employment priorities, implementation arrangements and monitoring requirements.

Preparation of a Gender Action Plan for the Ghana Biodiversity Strategy. The work addressed gender considerations in implementation, institutional coordination and results tracking.

Corruption risk assessment of the Mineral Development Fund for the Ghana Anti Corruption Coalition. The assignment examined governance, institutional processes, operations, accountability and resource management to inform oversight and improvements in administration.

Preparation of Deliverables 2 and 3 on Ghana biodiversity monitoring and policy alignment. The work covered Natural Capital Accounting, the System of Environmental Economic Accounting and links to Global Biodiversity Framework targets.

Research and stakeholder consultation on productivity and decent work for the Ghana Employers Association and the International Labour Organization. The assignment produced an Employers Position Paper with recommendations for action by employers.

Study of the use of Economic Viability Assessments in local economic development planning in Nkoranza North District. The assessment examined opportunities, gaps and the institutional conditions needed to put economic analysis into practice.

Preparation of a practical guide to Economic Viability Assessments under the EU MABID Project. The guide supports the use of economic assessment tools in district development decisions.

Terminal evaluation of the Mushroom Production and Agribusiness Development Project across 26 electoral areas in Nkoranza North District. The evaluation examined impact, efficiency, sustainability and lessons for future agribusiness interventions.

Development of an SDGs Localisation Framework for Nkoranza North District. The framework connects district priorities with national planning and the Sustainable Development Goals, providing a basis for local implementation.

Study of SDGs implementation in Nkoranza North District. The assignment examined progress, implementation challenges and actions to improve the integration of the goals into local planning and reporting.

Contribution to the civil society Shadow Report on the SDGs, including nationwide survey inputs to Ghana’s Voluntary National Review presented at the High Level Political Forum.

Baseline study for the SEND Ghana, UTZ and INKOTA Cocoa Project. The work combined a literature review, examination of previous evaluations, development of process and impact indicators and baseline evidence for subsequent comparison.

Support to the final project evaluation for Tree Aid in Northern Ghana. The work included methodology design, assessment of deliverables and tools for collecting evidence on community self reliance.

Feasibility studies for off street parking systems and public private partnership options for water closet facilities in Asante Akim Central Municipality. The studies supported municipal infrastructure planning and investment decisions.
